It is easy to be optimistic and hopeful when life gives us what we want immediately. It is much easier to trust God when our plans are going according to our schedule. However, what happens when we don’t get what we want? What happens when we fail at trying to achieve our dreams? What happens when we pray but God is silent? Will we still hold on to our faith?

The road life takes us on is never a straight one. There will be disappointments, heartbreaks, failures and setbacks. How we manage such situations are important. Faith, strength and hope are tools needed to go through life. Life isn’t easy. It takes perseverance.
